Issue #92

Dear Friends and Family,
As I write this I am in my classroom packing up after finishing my final year at ICA. My four years here have been a truly wonderful experience. Working with the kids has been a time I will not forget. I am thankful that God allowed me to have this time and put me in this place. Thank you for your part in making it all possible.

The school year finished up with a bang! It has been extremely busy, as usual. Free Will Baptists did well this year. Mike and Deleen Cousineau received the award for Outstanding Staff Couple from the high school, and I received Outstanding Single Staff from the elementary for the second year. Graduation was yesterday. It was a nice time. The seniors are now off to places all over the world. Most of the students left yesterday as well.

Please pray for all those traveling. We have lots of people in cars and planes the next few days.

Pray for me as I continue cleaning out and packing. A person can accumulate a lot of stuff in four years. I am trying to figure what I can take and what I need to leave behind. I tried to send a bag home with the Go and Be Team that was out here, but they were all full so it didn't get to go. It might still make it out another way. I thought I had permission from the airlines to take 3 bags with me. The bag that was to go with the team that is already in Abidjan would be my fourth bag. I received an email this morning that said the airlines is changing its policy and that I may not be allowed to have the third bag for free and also all of the flights are overbooked. Please pray that I will still get the three pieces of luggage and that I will be able to get on the plane.

Pray for the seniors as they spend the last few days with their families, and then depart for America or Canada to attend college.

Continue to pray for Eric. He is no longer in the hospital. We haven't heard if they found anything or not.

Continue to pray for the staffing needs at ICA. We are still extremely short-staffed next year.

I hope to see many of you on my return to the States!

In Christ,
Traci
